Instruction Shaped by Performance

Ryan maintains an active performance schedule throughout the year. He currently performs as Principal Percussion and Principal Timpani with orchestras in the Northwest as well as Assistant Principal Percussionist with the Helena Symphony Orchestra.

His work as a performing musician directly informs his teaching. Local performances are shared so students and families can see professional musicianship in context.
